Carina has been part of the building industry for more than 25 years, and during that time she has worn many hats -from real estate appraisals, listing and selling homes, to new home sales and design consultations.
Along the way she completed several real estate, renovation and design courses and discovered her true passion: helping people create beautiful spaces. She’s worked closely with countless bathroom, laundry and kitchen makeovers, working closely with trades on everything from quoting, scheduling, estimating to tile and fixtures selections.
Stuart started out as a bricklayer before going on to complete his electrical apprenticeship-giving him both solid hands-on trade skills and technical know-how. He spent many years working in mining, where he built on his knowledge and developed a sharp eye for detail.
Outside work Stuart has been busy renovating investment homes as well his own family homes, so he knows first-hand the challenges and rewards that come with transforming a space. Always calm under pressure and practical in his approach, Stuart brings balance and problem -solving skills to every project.
Keitha’s career began in carpentry, working on steel and timber framing, roofing, renovations, flooring, decking, demolition and even landscaping. His passion for building took him overseas to Sweden, where he spent 6 months with Australian Build (Australien Bygg) a renovation company that even featured on TV renovation shows. There he worked side by side with Aussies and locals on a wide variety of projects.
Back in Australia, Keitha has travelled widely, working on a cattle farm and a Pearl Farm, leading landscaping teams as well as working with the indigenous communities in the Northwest.
His mix of trade and life experience, leadership makes perfect fit for the lead Blueys renovations as Supervisor and Project Manager.
Cristina has spent years in customer service and hospitality, where she honed her skills in organisation, people management and keeping things running smoothly. For the past five years, she has also been right alongside Keitha -gaining hands -on building experience, working on a cattle farm and pearl farm and contributing to the community working with kids in the indigenous community and mentoring.
Cristina has a natural warmth and passion for helping others, she’s excited to bring that same energy to Blueys renovations, working both on the tools and behind the scenes in management and workflow.
